You are entering an exceptional setting: QUETZAL RESERVE.
Here, you will be the protagonist of an unusual and surprising experience.
Hidden birds and animals immersed in the lush forest.
The crystal-clear, flowing waters of the Tandayapa River.
An abundance of shapes and colors amid a sea of chlorophyll.
We are in ECUADOR, right on the Equator, hence its name. A small country, but one with extraordinary biodiversity. Its ecological zones are determined by variations in altitude, ranging from sea level to 6,300 meters (20,669 feet) at Chimborazo Volcano in the Andes. It is on the western face of this mountain range, in its foothills, that QUETZAL RESERVE is located.
Since 2017, and out of conviction, we have protected 77 hectares of montane forest with a high density of native trees and all of its original inhabitants.
We invite you to join us for an exceptional visit to QUETZAL RESERVE.
